Exchange & Refund Policy

At K&K Collection, we take pride in creating meaningful, faith-filled apparel that speaks to the hearts of children and families. Because many of our items are made to order, please review our exchange and refund policy below:

Exchanges We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Exchanges are for size swaps only (same design/style)

To request an exchange, please email us at kjsangelscreations@signedkj.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Refunds We do not offer refunds unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue.

Final Sale ItemsAll custom or limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
